Driver - Part Time
Drive members safely to scheduled appointments, events and other destinations. May assist with other in-house activities. Valid Florida Commercial Drivers License (CDL). Must not have any moving violations in the past 3 years. Experience driving buses (large and small), vans and cars; familiar with Gainesville area.
Oak Hammock is seeking an experienced, motivated chef to work in our back of the house operations under a trained culinary Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Director. Previous experience working in a fast- paced country club, fine dining or country club establishment. Three years experience required; formalized training at an accredited culinary school strongly preferred. Must be a team player; flexible and able to work with complete autonomy and open to new ideas and approaches to food preparation. No late nights!
Certified Dietary Mgr (CDM) - FT
Oak Hammock has an exciting opportunity available in our expanding 5–star rated Health Pavilion!
This position must provide management for the Dietary Department, ensuring quality food. The Dietary Manager will direct and assist the preparation and serving of regular meals and therapeutic diets, order food and supplies and maintain area and equipment in sanitary condition, and assure the smooth operation with other departments. Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience in institutional food ser¬vice required. Graduate of an approved dietary manager’s course that meets the state and federal care regulations Certified through the Dietary Manager Association. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, POS and Databases. Advanced knowledge of dietetic principles, food sanitation, and food service operation. Must possess excellent time management, organizational and customer service skills. Able to work well within an interdisciplinary team and work autonomously.

Wait Staff - FT
Hiring wait staff professionals committed to providing our members with an excellent dining experience. Previous wait staff experience preferred, not required! We are willing to train the right candidate to join our team; strong customer service skills a must.Able to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays). We really need individuals who can work Tuesdays and Thursdays. Shifts are split 10:45 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm. No late nights!

Seeking experienced long term care nurses, currently licensed in Florida, to work in our fast-paced and demanding skilled nursing unit. Proficiency in computers is required, as successful candidates must be willing and able to learn electronic medical records process. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving, ability to multi-task and strong customer service skills are required. Hiring experienced long-term care CNAs to provide care for our members under the supervision of the RN/LPN in the skilled nursing unit. Computer skills, attention to detail, problem solving, ability to multi-task and strong customer service skills are required. Oak Hammock has low member to staff ratios; staff are able to provide more individualized attention to the members.
Oversees and provides quality member care, accountability, safety of members and staff; supervises weekend nursing staff (RNs, LPNs and CNA's for the SNF and AL). While on duty communicates with member’s families and Attending Physicians; after weekend rotation report to DON regarding concerns, incidents and member care of plan.
