Marketing Department


Sales and Marketing Associate FT
Oak Hammock is an upscale retirement community seeking an experienced professional to join our sales and marketing team.   Must have 3-5 years with high end intangible sales and long sales cycles in CCRCs,financial planning, fundraising in a not-for-profit or real estate (no license required).   Must be familiar with computer database lead tracking systems.   Emphasis on relationship building and extraordinary customer service skills. Must be a goal oriented self starter with superior communication skills and works well within a sales team. Bachelor’s Degree required.


Dining Services Department

Wait Staff-FT
Hiring wait staff professionals committed to providing our members with an excellent dining experience. Previous wait staff experience preferred, not required! We are willing to train the right candidate to join our team; strong customer service skills a must.

Able to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays). We really need individuals who can work Tuesdays and Thursdays. Shifts are split 10:45 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm. No late nights!

Housekeeping Services Department

loor Technician - FT
Primarily responsible for maintaining all floors, in public areas as assigned at Oak Hammock. Public areas are defined as entrances, lobbies, parlors, offices, lounges, corridors, stairwells, laundries, trash rooms, restrooms, storage areas, activity, dining rooms, and service hallways. High School diploma or equivalent. Six months to one year of practical experience. Must be able to read and understand printed instructions for the use of chemicals and cleaning agents. Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.  Able to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.

Housekeeper - FT
Seeing experienced Housekeeper to join our team.  Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeper is primarily responsible for the daily cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned common areas, hallways, member unites, restrooms, dining rooms, offices, and furniture in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines.


Health Services Department

MDS Coordinator - FT
Want to be part of a dynamic, professional, and dedicated Health Care Team? We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, has outstanding interpersonal skills, and is interested in joining our team at one of the best nursing homes in the country. The MDS Coordinator directs the Resident Assessment Instrument and Care Planning process in our Skilled Nursing facility. Also assists the Director of Nursing in directing health-related services, as it relates to the MDS/Care Plan functions. Valid FL RN license and 2 years of clinical experience (1 year in long-term care) required; prior MDS experience preferred but not required as we will provide training to the right candidate.

RNs and LPNs
Seeking experienced long term care nurses, currently licensed in Florida, to work in our fast-paced and demanding skilled nursing unit. Proficiency in computers is required, as successful candidates must be willing and able to learn electronic medical records process. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving, ability to multi-task and strong customer service skills are required. Hiring experienced long-term care CNAs to provide care for our members under the supervision of the RN/LPN in the skilled nursing unit. Computer skills, attention to detail, problem solving, ability to multi-task and strong customer service skills are required. Oak Hammock has low member to staff ratios; staff are able to provide more individualized attention to the members.
