A. Not at all. More than half the reservations to date have been made by people with no previous connection to the university.

A. Absolutely! Refund options are available and will allow you to recoup up to 95% of your entrance fee to pass on to your heirs.

Q. Since we will be moving to Oak Hammock from outside the Gainesville area, will it be difficult to meet new people?
A. Have no fear. More than 65% of the members moving to Oak Hammock come from outside the Gainesville area. You are in the     majority!

Q. Can I bring my household pet with me?
A. Yes. Oak Hammock is a pet-friendly community. In fact, you can bring up to two household pets when you move here.
