To ensure the guarantee of unlimited long-term healthcare,
if ever needed, Oak Hammock community members pay an initial
entrance fee, as well as a monthly service fee that includes
all maintenance (inside and out), weekly housekeeping, a dining
account, unlimited access to all features and programs of
community life, and all utilities except phone. Members are
also guaranteed access to on-site, unlimited healthcare
with no additional charges except for meals and some medical
supplies.
Oak Hammock also offers the estate planning benefit of entrance
fee options that are 95% or 50% refundable, as well as a lower-priced
plan where refundability declines over time. In addition,
we offer a Health Reserve Contract for those who may currently
hold a long-term care insurance policy, or can afford to underwrite
the higher cost of long-term care.
