Assisted Living Suites. Blending life fulfilling services and healthcare support, our 37 spacious, all-private Assisted Living Suites are designed for those who need help with the activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing or assistance with self-administered medications.

Health Center. Our Health Center comprises 42 private accommodations in three distinct neighborhoods – one for individuals undergoing therapy or recuperating following a hospital stay; one for individuals with dementia; and the third for those needing skilled nursing services over an extended period of time. All neighborhoods are staffed 24/7 by registered licensed nurses and highly educated healthcare professionals.

Rehabilitation Services. With physical, occupational and speech therapy — along with state-of-the-art equipment — our rehabilitation services help members recover from injury or surgery.

Memory Support Services. Specifically designed for those with Alzheimer’s disease and related cognitive disorders, our private Memory Support suites provide a caring and positive atmosphere for neighborhood members and their families.

Additional Services. Other special features at The Pavilion at Oak Hammock include bedside banking services, a meditation room, hair salon and barber shop, shuttle service to medical facilities in Gainesville, and a healthcare concierge to assist with medical appointments and other transportation needs.
