Cook Experienced (Specializing in Fine Dining) FT:
Seeking experienced fine dining Cook to add to our existing dynamic team of culinary professionals who prepare upscale cuisines for our many dining venues. Ideal candidate desires a career in the culinary field and wants to enhance their current skill set. Must have 3-6 years experience in a high volume fine dining operation; preferably in an upscale environment. Specialized education and/or training is preferred. This position is not an entry level position; we are seeking someone who has advanced skills. If you are creative, flexible, possess a team work attitude and culinary is your passion, then Oak Hammock is the place for you.
Security Officer – FT
12 midnight – 8 am
Responsibilities include monitoring entry and exit on the campus, emergency call system, fire and smoke alarms and video cameras. Patrols buildings and grounds on foot and by vehicle to ensure campus-wide safety and security. Previous experience as a firefighter, police officer, or security officer is preferred;
Valid Fla Driver’s License.
Floor Technician
8 am – 4:30
(Weekends occasionally)
Primarily responsible for maintaining all floors, in public areas and homes.
Minimum of three years experience using various floor equipment.
