At Oak Hammock, we are committed to providing exceptional care for all of the residents living in all areas here on our campus. It is our pleasure to provide services and amenities for our residents as they age in place here with us. Furthermore, we are dedicated to providing a safe and rewarding work environment for our employees. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to preserve the well-being of everyone here at Oak Hammock. That’s why we have been conservatively following the infection control protocols set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and state and local governments.
We believe in proactive testing for COVID-19. Because the virus presents in different ways with different people, proactive testing will help us identify people who may not know they are positive because they are asymptomatic.
As our staff and residents test more often, either through methods offered here at Oak Hammock or on their own through resources offered in our community, we are likely to uncover positive results. Our teams here at Oak Hammock have learned much about this virus in the last six months. We have had personal interaction with positive cases. We are trained. We are prepared. We are experienced. The safety of our residents and staff is our top priority.
Communicating updates around COVID-19 on our campus can be challenging. These web pages on our website are a place where we can share relevant, timely, accurate information. We also are offering the additional communications resources below.
