You Make a Difference
At Oak Hammock, we believe our team members are our greatest resource, and we enjoy recognizing and rewarding those who stand out for their level of service through our “You Make a Difference” award program. Through this program, employees are nominated by co-workers and residents for specific instances of exceptional service. The nominees are reviewed by a staff/resident committee, and winners are chosen to be recognized at community meetings and in other public forums. Winners also receive gift cards.
