At Oak Hammock, it’s not only our fellow staff members and coworkers that recognize the incredible work done by the Oak Hammock crew, but it’s also seen by our residents as well.
That’s why at the end of each year, our very own residents come together for a considerable donation for each member of the Oak Hammock staff. This donation allows staff members to have peace of mind towards expenses in their lives and move forward with their futures.
Uses of this fund are included, but not limited to:
- Purchasing Christmas presents
- Getting ahead in monthly expenses
- Putting a down payment on a vehicle
- Paying for medical expenses
- Personal vacations
- Moving expenses
- Property taxes and expenses
- Tuition expenses
- Pet expenses
As a way of saying thank you and showing gratitude, our residents do this on their own each year, and it truly puts into perspective the incredible work and effort done by our fantastic staff.
