Oak Hammock Services
Oak Hammock provides extensive services so our residents can feel that all their needs are being met – freeing up time and energy to devote to the things they love. Among the services included in the monthly fee:
- Concierge services
- A flexible dining account to be used in a variety of venues for daily meals, plus takeout and delivery are available
- Weekly housekeeping
- A gated entrance, as well as 24-hour security personnel
- 24-hour emergency response system
- Electricity, gas, water and sewer services
- Basic extended cable television
- Wi-Fi in each residence and in common areas
- Scheduled transportation to the University of Florida, medical facilities, shopping, banking and many special events; options to schedule personal transportation
- One under-building parking spot for each apartment residence and a two-car garage for each villa or club home
- The Life Care guarantee of long-term care in private, high-quality accommodations in assisted living, memory care and long-term skilled nursing
- Annual dues for the Institute of Learning in Retirement (ILR) and many other educational/social programs
- Maintenance of buildings, equipment and appliances
- Landscaping and grounds keeping, including villas and club homes
- Trash removal
- Individual, climate-controlled storage cages for each apartment home
- Property taxes included
