The Oak Hammock Special Enhancement Projects Fund, established in 2024, raises money for special projects that will enhance the quality of life at Oak Hammock without increasing residents’ monthly fees. Prospective donors are asked to identify enhancement projects and submit their ideas for review by the fund committee and Oak Hammock administration.
