The Education Foundation of Alachua County held its holiday luncheon at Eastside High School in December 2025, highlighting student achievements and program successes. Take Stock in Children, a program celebrating 30 years in 2025, serves over 300 students with support for college readiness.
Oak Hammock residents, Nelson Logan and George Arola, both of whom are mentors in the Take Stock in Children program, along with their student, Samson Shulman, shared testimonies about their involvement. We thank them for their service to the Gainesville community!
